COMMON RETURN QUESTIONS
What is your return policy?
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging. You must also ensure that the protect tag has not been broken, if broken we will not be able to accept the return.
Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove sanitary slip. Please also ensure that you do not wear makeup, self-tanner, or any other beauty product that could potentially leave a mark on the suit.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Naomi Besson Swimwear's discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. Naomi Besson Swimwear cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled suits.
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email. Please note we're not offering free return shipping labels at this time.
What items are non-refundable?
Items purchased past the 30-day return policy.
Items marked as final sale.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Items purchased using a 40% discount code or above.
Sales and clearance items, including sample sale items.
Original shipping and handling fees.
Orders placed online cannot be returned to our retail locations.
Orders placed at retail locations cannot be returned online.
What if my item is damaged?
Naomi Besson Swimwear guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from the date of order as long as you follow your care instructions. Naomi Besson Swimwear's suits are delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same item at no cost.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the return department, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
Is there a restocking fee?
There is a $75 restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than $750.00
Can I return an international order?
We do accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
What is an instant refund?
While we're waiting for you to send back your bikini, you'll receive an instant refund. The instant refund will allow you to purchase a different size, color or style on naomibesson.com. This refund is for the amount of the item(s) you selected to return through the Returnly App and can only be used on naomibesson.com.
To use the instant refund, you can easily copy the code, and simply enter the code during checkout. Purchases exceeding the instant refund amount are paid for with normal checkout methods. If you decide to not use your instant refund, you are refunded as normal when the return is received back at our warehouse. Your instant refund voucher is automatically canceled as soon as you are refunded.
Occasionally customers will not receive an instant refund voucher if this purchase was placed with an instant refund or the return is outside the normal parameters of a return. Please return your items with our pre-paid label within 10 days of receiving your instant refund.
If I use an instant refund, how will I be refunded?
If you decide to use your instant refund, and your original order is past 60 days then you will be refunded back to a gift card. If your original order is within the 60 days, then you will be refunded to your original payment method.
